First thing's first: this text field is really hurting my eyes. Next, I'm pretty sure I feel a flu coming on realy fast. I wanted to say this now in case I' m not able to later. Hopefully I won't miss out on much time here. I think I'll sleep right now though okay.

Okay, so I think I'm passing through the worst of it. I don't know for sure, because I'm Jace Varitek (dammit!) and I don't get sick, but hopefully the dag nasty phase is over and I'm entering a post-sick still-groggy but not-incapacitating phase of the flu. I have to work 8 hours today, but I hope (perhaps illogically) that I'll be feeling well enough tonight to post. Bear with me just a bit longer, please.

I don't know why you guys are whining about the enter/return key. Works fine for me.

See?

Again.

And again.

One more time.

...

Now it works for me too.

P.S. As far as I know, "you guys" refers only to me, since I asked people who aren't me and apparently no one who isn't me had trouble with the Enter/Return key. But it was real I tell you! I saw it with mine eyes! (in my version of Firefox anyway).

So, I think I'm coughing up the last of this flu now. The delirious phase is over (and sadly this new text interface is, in fact, still here).

Anyway, I'm going to sleep in tomorrow (finally) and get back to y'all.

P.P.S. Jamie I finally encountered the word "y'all" being used the way you've tended to use it in the RP, which is referring to a single, specific person even though "y'all" clearly means "you all" (for instance; John Moses, Dantooine Justice of the Peace to Havoc: "Y'all gone wrong, boy" or General Eel to Exar Ray: "Y'all look plumb tired out, il have one of my house ugnaughts whip y'all up some chicken noodle soup and some fine iced lemonade, a real fine dinner for y'all to sleep on, 't'll do y'all a power o good"; vs. Amos Moses to a bar full of people: "I got a boot if any of y'all got a banjo," and Vince Le Grange to Hortence and her baby brother Bubba: "You get now, y'hear? Don't make me tell on y'all to Miss Maryanne.") What I thought was your misuse of the term irked me for a long time until I learned "y'all" actually can correctly refer to a single person.

Don't mean I ever heard nobody talk that way, though.

Obviously, Mr. Varitek, y'all have never visited our particular school of Southern Charm.  A might disappointing if ya ask me, but I won't hold it against ya. This time. I understand its that high-flautin' Cali-fornia nature of yours.

Next time though, prepare to be schooled.

Just because you've visited the south, doesn't mean you're a Southerner, young man.

Thank god.

Btw, oldest rodeos in the country are in California.

And now, still feeling lousy, I'm going to try to step back into things here with some posts on requests. I apologize in advance for only touching upon the simplest of the requests for the time being.

So, I'm pretty much hating life right now.

If I'm still sick tomorrow I'll be able to correctly say I've been sick for "days and days and days and days."

I don't remember not being sick... sad

At some point I guess I'll have to go to a doctor.

I just hope I live to see Baird RP again.

Sleep when you don't have to work and drink a jug of orange juice a day. It's what I did... cleared it right up... in like a week. I think I still need to sorely catch up, too. And by think, I know I do. Remember, you, sir, are Jace Varitek. You will murderalize this flu!

Dude....welcome to my life.

And also....while drinking a gallon of oj can help....I've found that eating a mango every day does amazing things. Even when you feel like you might be coming down with something....a mango can knock it out of the park.

If you want to go really hardcore.....pick up a bottle of bee propolis in capsule form.....
