It's been resolved that, at the time that a probate hearing is to occur in the RP regarding Stark's will, the respective parties should make their cases to management, which will consider them and make an OOC ruling that will be considered the autoed verdict of the IC probate hearing. This is because no one here is a lawyer, least of all we managers, and expertise in common law shouldn't be a prerequisite for this game. This will be a simpler and speedier process for all concerned.
