Because I'm not sure when the splash page or all those goodies will be ready I'm going to make a quick manifest of the IMC's information just in case the group closes and I need to find it.

    Ore Processing Facility

    Purpose: Primary Industry Harvesting

    Completed On: February 5th, 2006

Information: The IMC was first created as a conglomerate of multiple companies that banded together for mutual benefit on the planets Belgaroth and Abregado-Rae. After the eventual collapse of the Empire, these conglomerates all merged into one sole autonomous entity known as the InterGalactic Mining Core. This Core was comprised of the finest mining industrialists, and the best processing facilities in the known galaxy. Though other corporations have overtime attempted to capitalize on the market of ore harvesting, the IMC has remained one of the dominant mining companies in existance to date.

The Ore Processing Facility was created on Abregado-Rae. It is an entity used for the direct primary industrial harvesting of raw ore from the planet. Though requiring workers within this factory, these factories are maintained by a small contingent of security personel, or else by the Workers board itself.

Minerals Harvested: Aurodium, Berubium, Chalon, Chanlon, Cortosis, Doonium, Hollinium, Lommite, Mutonium, Phrikite, Quadrenium, Terilian, Tydirium

    Gas Processing Facility

The Gas Processing facilities are fairly new to the IMC. Gands require Ammonia to survive in other environments, and the IMC recognized this as a possible industry. So the IMC has entered into the Gas collection business, for compressing gasses into useable forms of breathbility, as well as possibilities for compressing gases into minerals to make stronger alloys.

Gases Harvested: Ammonia, Bilal, Blaster, Cryseefa, Cyanogen, Dioxis, Eleton, Helium, Hurlothrombic, Hydrogen, Korfaise, Methane, Methanogen, Nagnol, Neon, Nitrogen, Nytinite, Obah, Orveth, Oxygen, Plank, Rush, Shvash, Sig, Skevon, Tibanna, Tolium, Trifaraleen.

    Waste Management Facility

Purpose: Discarding Primary and Secondary Industry materials

Following the creation of Gas refineries, the IMC faced a problem. Several of the gases being harvested were toxic to humans and other sentients. So the Board of Trustees opted for the funding of a Waste management facility to discard those chemicals which could be toxic to humans. A portion of the chemicals are sold to pharmaceutical companies, the remainder is safely discarded into the suns of the planets.

    Orbital Shipyards and Trade Stations

Purpose: Planetary System Trade, Vessel Repair, Vessel Maintenance, Small-Vessel Manufacturing.

    Completed On: April 5th, 2007

Information: The IMC first created the corporate Shipyards to repair the minute amount of freighters that they were purchased from the OSC for shipping of goods off plane to the station. The OSC takes care of transportation of goods harvested to markets around the Galaxy, and as such the IMC and OSC work closely together on trade and naval integrity. Needless to say, most if not all vessels purchased are purchased from the OSC, and they regularly require maintenance (as vessels always do). Thus, the IMC initiated a program to ensure that shipyards were located at the central hubs of there harvesting operations, so that there vessels never fell into disrepair.

Recently however, and following the collapse of the Abregado-Rae market because of the rise of Ejooba Zorbo, the IMC made an acquisition of exclusive mining rights. This tipped the IMC into a monopoly of industry on the planet, directly controlling key industries. Therefore, the IMC, in the spirit of free trade and enterprise, has recently declared there shipyards neutral (in and around that they are no longer affiliated exclusively to the IMC) and opened them up as trading hubs for these centres of commerce. This has cut down the shipping requirements of the OSC, but also creates more contracts, alluding that it is beneficial to both the OSC and the IMC.

The only downside to the trading stations is that security is minimal. Because the stations are neutral territories, the dealings of small arms and illegal modifications to crafts are not monitored, and thus, these holdings can become holds for smuggling and piracy. The IMC has counter-acted this situation by increasing it's military defense budget, and purchasing more crafts.

The Stations are now operational as neutral hubs.

    Current Locations: Belgaroth, Abregado-Rae, Phu

    Heavy Shipyard

Purpose: Large-Vessel Manufacturing, Vessel Servicing, Vessel Repairing, Vessel Upgrading

    Completed On: December 27th, 2007

Information: The creation of the Large Orbital Shipyard over Mrlsst is the latest of Dannil Bo-Vars bold statements to the galaxy that the InterGalactic Mining Core will take more action in galactic events and protect there goods and services. The Heavy Shipyard is capable of producing IMC vessels, as well as servicing and upgrading older models. At the moment the IMC does not have any running specifications for the production of vessels, but the creation of the Heavy Shipyard can mean only one thing...

... the creation of large ships to happen in the near future.

    Current Locations: Mrlsst

    IMC Funds and Donations

Listed below are all of the humanitarian efforts currently underway with the IMC, and where all of her funding goes. The IMC firmly believes in leaving a planet in the same or better condition, and has maintained a positive outlook on all the planets thus far. Some have even prospered.

    ----------------
    Phu

A working restoration process is underway on Phu to prevent the ecosystem from being harmed by the extrenuous amount of mining occuring on the planet. The IMC has vested a lot of funding into the restoration process.
    ----------------
    Belgaroth

The IMC has a vested interest in Belgaroth, including the complete restoration of all of Belgaroth's landmasses into a state of harmony. Planeting of trees, and terraforming of the junk planet is underway. The costs are in the billions.

NOTE (OOC): The IMC., has increased the donations to Belgaroth three times. While only the initiary portion is going into the Belgaroth Terraforming project the rest of the money is going into the IMC., military force.

Information: Following recent development of the InterGalactic Munitions Core and the InterGalactic Merchants Company, the IMC has branched out it's offensive capability in a similar fashion that the Trade Federation, and the InterGalactic Banking Clan did previous near the beginning of the Clone War. The Trooper was fashioned in secret by Dannil Bo-Var, with the primary training facilities located on Belgaroth, a planet that is under heavy InterGalactic Mining Core influence. The troopers are trained as modern day Republic Storm Troopers for use aboard IMC Capital Ships

    COMPLEMENT: 240+ Varied Fighters/Small Craft
    CREW: 3,000 crew, 1,000 troops
CONSUMABLES: Varies by configuration (average; 8 years)

DESCRIPTION: The Saratoga-class is a rather rare sight to be seen. A fully
dedicated carrier with an interior that has modular and easy to configure
components so giving the ability for every Saratoga-class to be unique and
capable for any tactical configuration. However such configuration flexibility does
come at a price of hull integrity. Of course the more permanent standard
factory configuration has a tendency to correct that problem.

To make up for the carrier's lack of combat speed it has the ability, thanks to
its hyperdrive, to reach hot spots in the galaxy much faster then most ships are
normally able to as well it carries 8 heavy dual turbolaser turrets which have a
longer effective range to that of a Star Destroyer. Most of the interior of the
ship is taken up by the hangar bays which contain some of the highest fighter
complements for a ship of its length. This also gives the ship a very long
    mission durability.

Another of the features is a power sensor communications and jamming system
that allow it to coordinate battleships and fighters effectively as well as leave
the enemy in the dark. Another factory made configuration gives the ship
onboard processing plants that give the ship extended supplies to run deep
space missions at the cost of 80 fighters.

    DESIGNATION: Monterey-class Destroyer
    MANUFACTURER: Rendili Stardrive
    OOC DESIGN: Hiram Bask
COST: 10,800,000 credits (Previously 12 Million!)

    LENGTH: 298 meters
    WIDTH/HEIGHT: 75 meters/59 meters
    MAXIMUM ACCELERATION: 3,755 G's
ENGINE: 1 Cygnus Spaceworks Gemon-8 Ion Drive
ENGINE: 4 KDY Impulse-1 Ion Drives
HYPERDRIVE: Class 1 (Backup; Class 25)
REACTOR: Rendili Stardrive G-V Hypermatter Reactor
SHIELDING: Chempat Mark VII capital ship generator Military Grade A

    ARMAMENT: 3 Dual HTLT
    ARMAMENT: 8 HTLT
    ARMAMENT: 7 Anti-Starfighter HLC
    ARMAMENT: 8 Missile Launchers
ARMAMENT: 2 Cluster Missile Launchers (15/tube)
ARMAMENT: 16 Snap Missile Launchers (2nd Variant; 16 Quad Lasers)
ARMAMENT: 8 Stack Tube Missile Launchers
    ARMAMENT: 8 Retractable Quad LC

    COMPLEMENT: None
    CREW: 620 crew, 48 troops
    CONSUMABLES: 7 months

DESCRIPTION: The Monterey-class is the more aggressive cousin of the Morgan
class. The most notable differences are the added dual heavy turbolaser turrets
as well as having more guns, more missile systems, heavier engine blocks, and
moderate improvement to the antistarfighter laser system. Other improvements
are to hull integrity by compartmentalizing the interior as well as improvement
to the targeting systems which are now able to take on a multitude of
opponents as well as effectively concentrating fire on single targets to
overwhelm shields and allow the destroyer to take advantage of the holes they
often make in capital ships' shields.

Whilst the shielding system is essentially the same the tradeoff for this amount
of fire power is two strategic disadvantages. The first is by having that many
missiles onboard your ship is twice as prone to explode as before. Second is
that many missiles require that many holes to be open in the particle shields
just to launch them. The tube missiles are the only feature on the ship that
negate the vulnerabilities of such flaws by setting them aside from the ship at
    least to a degree.

However with such flaws comes the benefit of superior first strike advantage. The
Monterey-class is able to overwhelm capital ships and freighters with turbolaser
and missile fire making this ship more military oriented as well as better served
for system defense and attack on capital ships as well as escorts for bigger
ships. It does however lose the ability to land on normal landing platforms and
thus relies on space based stations.

    DESIGNATION: Brisbane-class Battleship
    MANUFACTURER: Rendili Stardrive
    OOC DESIGN: Hiram Bask
COST: 22,500,000 credits (Previously 25 Million!)

    LENGTH: 418 meters
    WIDTH/HEIGHT: 191 meters/149 meters
    MAXIMUM ACCELERATION: 3,590 G's
ENGINE: 1 Cygnus Spaceworks Gemon-8 Ion Drive
ENGINE: 2 KDY Impulse-2 Ion Drives
ENGINE: 2 Cygnus Spaceworks LUY Maneuver Drives
HYPERDRIVE: Class 1 (Backup; Class 14)
REACTOR: Rendili Stardrive BSC-14 Hypermatter Reactor
SHIELDING: Chempat Dual-Layer 12 generator Military Grade A

    ARMAMENT: 1 Main HTLT
    ARMAMENT: 5 Dual HTLT
    ARMAMENT: 4 HTLT
    ARMAMENT: 16 Anti-Starfighter HLC
    ARMAMENT: 4 Missile Launchers
    ARMAMENT: 2 Missile Launchers (12/tube)
ARMAMENT: 16 Quad Laser Cannons (concealed)
ARMAMENT: 1 Main Tractor Beam Projector
ARMAMENT: SIG494 Tactical Sensor Jamming Device

    COMPLEMENT: 12 Midsize Starfighters
    CREW: 1,240 crew, 340 troops
    CONSUMABLES: 1 year

DESCRIPTION: Sensing the need for standardization amongst the galaxy's
navies, Rendili Stardrive launched a new series of warships that utilizes new
weapon designs with standardized equipment that produce the some of the
deadliest, yet cost effective, warships in the galaxy.

The Brisbane-class is the pure embodiment of that philosophy. A second
generation battleship of the First Strike line, it is not that much larger then a
Carrack Cruiser yet carries the fire power to take on the Imperial class 1 and
win. The secret behind this "Skywalker versus AT-AT" battle does not lie in a
lightsaber, grapple hook, or a grenade. Rather it lies in three keen factors
    that involve guns.

Yes the Brisbane-class has the most pronounced and obvious turrets of any
ship its size and has the flexibility to use those guns to engage multiple
targets as well as concentrate all guns forward for an assault that blows many
Victory-class to shame and is comparable to a full broadside from an ISD II.
Not only is the fire power impressive but the range and accuracy of the dual
HTLT is 1.6 times that of the ISD II the main gun alone can engage an ISD
at twice the distance with 2.3 times the accuracy.

Coupled with a high powered jamming system as well as high output engines
with increased maneuverability that outmatch the Sacramento-class, the
Brisbane not only dominates long range combat it can also dominate short
range combat much like its escort ship the Monterey-class. However as with
all in the First Strike Line, medium range combat is tricky with the Monterey
and the Morgan more suited for that kind of combat against ships.

One feature on the Brisbane that is not found in all other First Strike line is
the ability to carry a compliment of 12 small fighters.

OOC NOTE: All of the above vessel statistics were originally devised, written
    and posted by Hiram Bask.
