Auzdein grew up into a family with wealth, privilege, and networking on their side, and attended many exceptional schools while participating in (and, in some cases, leading) their affiliated student clubs. Along the way, he dabled in the arts, sports, and languages, eventually reinventing some of each and composing his own works, never published.
Four years in the local military led him to attain a few ranks and deployments, concluding with some time spent as an instructor before he returned home, where he returned to academia for a few more years. Eventually, he held multiple collegiate degrees, continuing his higher learning indefinitely.
Now traveling frequently via his ship, or hitchhiking with anyone he gets a good feeling about, he does odd jobs and sometimes taps into his savings to make ends meet, ever searching for bits of excellence in the galaxy, which he extracts and fuses into his lifelong project. He has now been to so many worlds, he can scarcely recount them all, has no long-term friends or acquaintances, and considers his home to be his own body.
