Bio: Tibbs was born and raised on Corellia. He always had a difficult time getting along with other kids throughout his childhood education. It didn’t help when he didn’t get along with his parents neither. He was being bullied around, getting beaten around by bigger kids. Tibbs never liked school, because the other kids were keeping him from education. His parents would argue with him all the time. Finally, one day he decided he had enough of this. The young man was seventeen when he left home and enlisted into the Republic Judicial Forces. Along the lines, he met a woman and fell in love. He ended up marrying her and got a daughter out of it. Not only his life was good for the first time ever, his reputation was also growing. It first began when he impressed his instructors in the training on his ability to take targets out at a long distance. Tibbs became a sniper, and his job was to take out enemies from a far-away distance. This eventually led him to participate in the Huk War. He was a part of the task force led by the Jedi Knights. Tibbs was able to shoot down several Kaleesh warriors, thus helping the Republic secure a foothold on the Abbaji System. The sniper received a Medal of Honor for his actions on the field.
Soon after the Huk War was over, Tibbs was propelled into galactic affairs once again. This time around, it was a much larger role for him. It was a full-scale war known as the Clone Wars. After the Battle of Geonosis erupted, he was one of the first non-clone snipers to be transferred into the Grand Army of the Republic. He was also one of the first non-clone snipers to be sent into the battlefield. His kill rate was much higher than that of the Huk War, due to a much higher numbers of troops being deployed into each battle. A lot of them were droids, but a lot of them were also sentient beings that fought for the Separatists. Because of his talent as a sniper, he saved a lot of lives including some of the Jedi Knights that were pinned down at times. Toward the final days of the Clone Wars, his wife and daughter witnessed a rogue Hutt crime lord named Jerba murder a Republic citizen. They were placed under protection, but got killed anyway. This Hutt hired a sniper to shoot at a driver, causing the speeder to crash. Both of them were killed in the crash.
He was informed of this while he was at Battle of Neimoidia. Tibbs was devastated, and had taken a leave of absence. He left the battlefield moments before Order 66 was executed. The sniper set off for revenge, investigating into who had murdered his wife and daughter. He found out it was Jerba. Then he put his resources into finding the whereabouts of Jerba. Tibbs found out the fat slug had a private estate located on Toydaria. He booked a passage there, and killed him in the head from about a mile away with his DC-15x sniper rifle.
By the time he got back to Coruscant for a ceremony to award Tibbs with a Medal of Valor for his actions during the Clone Wars, the Republic had transformed into Galactic Empire. In the first days of the Empire, the man decided not to continue his military career in the Imperial military. Instead, he opted to become a cop by joining the Imperial Security Bureau. Usually, he worked in a branch that would investigate any cases relating to the military. Sometimes, he can be lend over to other branches or any other agencies within the Empire if they ever needed his services. He had been saving up enough credits to purchase an aging ship model that were known as a G9 Rigger freighter. Tibbs would use the G9 to travel all over the galaxy as a military cop ever since…
