Background:
Rising from the ashes of the S'nar administration, K'osim V'ratis was the former head of the Argazdan Intelligence Agency. Winning the vote by popular choice of the people, and backed, perhaps oddly, unquestionably by the remaining members of parliament. Seen by some as a dangerous figure, V'ratis instead promotes change and acceptance of the Lorrdian people and the galactic community as a whole.
Behind the scenes, however, V'ratis utilizes the Argazdan Intelligence Agency to blackmail other members of the government and as his private police force. Mixing with elements of organized crime on Argazda, V'ratis is the snake in the grass that is not seen until too late.
