Many species traitors have for whatever reason decided to pollute their species by engaging in racial intermixture with Aliens and other monstrosities. This foul bestiality has lead to an increase in stillbirths, horrific genetic mutations, contorted inter species chimeras and numerous other horrors.

This should be as much of a concern to Human and Alien alike, for no one wishes to see their DNA corrupted by the corrosive effects of intermixture. Intermixture is as much of a threat to every species in the galaxy who values their racial purity.

Thus, I propose that any individual found to be guilty of intermixture with aliens, attempted intermixture with aliens or enticing or inciting others to intermixture with aliens be forced to wear a symbol of their ostracism from polite society.

They will be required (by law) to wear a scarlet uppercase "A" as a symbol of their shame. They shall not qualify for any free or discounted medical care offered by Imperial Programs.

They shall be rendered infertile by a registered Imperial Surgeon or Physician.

They shall not be allowed to hold jobs in any branch of the Empire or hold political office or own weapons under penalty of Imprisonment.

The offspring of any such bastard union shall be confiscated from their parents.

Any offspring that is considered too contorted to live shall be euthanised for it's own good. 

The offspring will be wards of the Imperial State, they will be educated, and work their whole lives for the Imperial State. Naturally these offspring will be sterilised during childhood.
