| Being the holder of the office which has the responsibility here, I would like to suggest a small amendment. On section three, where is says "Falling under the following categories of non-conventional highly destructive ordnance:", I suggest, either re-wording that phrase as "Falling under, but not limited to, the following categories of non-conventional highly destructive ordnance:" or merely adding another category to the list, to be "F) Other"; which ever you prefer Senator Ryuun. While these categories are, of course, the focus of "high destructive ordnance" non-proliferation and use, there are multiple examples of ordnance that can fall outside of these categories.

| Who are you to tell the Empire what to do, Ryuun? Your not "asking "them to limit the use of these weapons, your requiring them to under law and sending them to jail if they don't. Do we want the EMpire to keep us safe or not? I do, and if Eriadu is under attack and one of these weapons is going to keep me safe I don't want the Empire pausing with its finger over the button and having to read through what Lomen Ryuun tells them they can and cant do. This is overstepping the bounds of the senate and making laws in Imperial foreign/military policy. I vote [u]against[/i].

| Senator Oswaldt, this measure clearly applies to Planetary forces and not to the Galactic empire. He simply asks that the Imperial navy voluntarily and under no threat of penalty limit their use of these weapons.

| The only part of the entire bill that mentions planets specifcially is the definition of explosive weapons at the very end. The rest of it might apply to the EMpire or might not. It doesnt say. I wont vote for it until I see it say specifically that this doesnt apply to the Empire.
