| Senator Terrawin, you are impressing me everyday with the strides Alsakan has taken. I have spoken with the Imperial City Council, and they have, narrowly, agreed to co-sign this treaty with Alsakan. A word of warning, concerning military deployments... as Coruscant has traditionally signed over its defense to the ruling government, in this case the Empire, and with the CSF being under Imperial control, we can only offer logistical support.
