| Upon consultation, His Majesty has agreed to the recommendation of the Imperial Ruling Council to appoint Senator Youngblood of Anobis as the chairman of the new Ethics Committee. He is a Senator with a long record of service to his world and a reputation for thoughtful consideration of the bills introduced in this chamber, and I'm sure the Senate will join me in congratulating him for this appointment and wishing him luck in the discharge of this important responsibility. Senator Youngblood, I'm sure you'd like to make a statement in honor of this occasion and pertaining to the appointment of members of the Committee, and the floor is yours to do so now.

| I will indeed Chairman, Thank you. Well.... First I'd like to thank You, Grand Vizier, then of course, The Emperor, and the Imperial Ruling Council for entrusting me with this responsibility. I will do it do the best of my ability, and with the help of a few fellow Senator's that I'd like to appoint as Chairmen, and Chairwomen. I will talk to several of you, and decide who the best Candidates would be, I will talk to a few of you see whom is interested, and who would be a strong candidate.... Also, I would like to thank Governor Oswaldt for bringing up the bill. I look forward to talking to most of you soon. Thank you again.

| So.. Ordan and me are on the Committee, right? I don't see this in the announcement but Senator Ordan and myself have been appointed to the Ethics Committee as I understand it. I just want to say what I said before.. I'm a man of principle, I've never taken a bribe in my life and I give special treatment to no one. And I'm going to work as hard as a member of the Committee as I would as chairman to hold the Crionists accountable for the seditious things they say. And heres how the fact checking is going to work (its mentioned in my proposal): someone says something you think is wrong, bring it up to the committee and we're going to look into it and rule if it is or not. Because you can have your own opinion but not your own facts.

| Oh, right Forgive me I knew I forgot something to mention.
The first two Senator's I have chosen are Indeed Senator Ordan and you, Governor Oswaldt. You two are the first members, but there will be two more. I figure a total of four senator's that I believe will make an excellent addition to the board. Perhaps you too would like to say a few words, Senator Ordan?
