My envoy who stood for me at Monor II has completed negotiations between Druckenwell and Monor II that His Holiness Priest-Prince Agapos the Ninth and I began over HoloNet. I am pleased to announce that the Priest-Prince has requested myself to speak for the interests of Monor II as well as Druckenwell, and with great honor have I accepted.
