| There appear to be no further questions for Mr. Tu'rot. His eccentricity is no reason to deny him entry to this Senate, or to require he submit to a drug test. If he wishes to do so of course he may, but there is no precedent that compels him to do so. And as for his passion, I am pleased to see it—more Senators should be as passionate about the Empire as Mr. Tu'rot is, and he will repeat after me I'll be pleased to welcome him to this chamber.
