| Gentlebeings of the Senate,
Pending approval from Priest-Prince Agapos IX, the following will become reality:
Recognizing that Druckenwell represents Monor II in the hallowed halls of the Senate, and recognizing that joint Druckenwell-Monorian interests must be preserved with treaty and physical means, Druckenwell intends the following:
The transfer, for dedicated defense of Monor II and Druckenwell's interests at Monor II, of the Arquetins-class light cruisers Tide and Hurricane; the Tartan-class patrol cruiser Monsoon and the EF76 Nebulon-B frigate Tornado to dedicated defense for the betterment of both worlds.

| I hope Druckenwell doesn't intend this as an excuse to add a new plethora of warships to its fleet to replace the ones it's "transferring" to Monor II. Druckenwell and Monor II seem to have made a decision to be reliant on one another for their security, and for as long as this arrangement for a quasi-autonomous fleet for Monor II remains in place I feel firmly that Druckenwell should make due with the entirety of the ships it already has, rather than opportunistically citing its commitment to Monor II as a reason to acquire the warships it has long desired.
I'm not accusing Druckenwell of this. I'm merely stating my opposition to a course of action that I hope Druckenwell won't pursue, but suspect it might.

| You are both correct and incorrect, Representative Vanden. Druckenwell is in the process of making overtures towards other worlds within the Doldur Sector, primarily, and outside as well, if things go well with what we have planned. I have seen, partially through my own incorrect action regarding Monor II prior to our friendship, and with the recent events between Deralia and Dantooine, that a goodly number of worlds the lack means capable, either through vessels, trained crew or money, to assist themselves in certain situations. I believe strongly enough in the ties Druckenwell has in our treaty with Monor II and the Rim Security treaty that I am willing to sacrifice vessels belonging to Druckenwell to be sent outwards to aid these worlds, if they so wish to be defended and enter into a pact with Druckenwell; an umbrella of safety, one might say.
Naturally, we will replace our own lost vessels at some point in the future, but I assure you, Representative, this is not a scheme to thin out Druckenwell's naval armada that can be simply drawn back to attack a world or defend Druckenwell if necessary. The treaties themselves will ensure that, within their writ, an understanding that while the vessels and crews belong to Druckenwell, they are not meant for Druckenwell. This goes far beyond Monor II, Representative Vanden. It is a bid for the greater security of the Doldur Sector; a means to better the people by offering jobs in a myriad of fields and to assist and support the Imperial Starfleet members who fall under the command of our sector Moff.
