| The Space Dock Vandalism, Arson and Sabotage Act
1. The crime of vandalizing, damaging equipment, making fires or other intentional damage (or attempting, conspiring or soliciting said damages) to His Majesty's space docks or the vessels within them, moored near them or otherwise connected to them shall carry a maximum sentence of death. Judicial discretion shall otherwise be encouraged in punishing these crimes which risk the lives and wellbeing of our boys in Grey who lay down their lives in our service.
2. Civilian Saboteurs or Criminals found aboard military vessels will be treated as if they were found within docks under Article 1. Military violaters shall be dealt with under Imperial Military Law.
3. All crimes in His Majesty's space docks, the vessels within them, moored near them, otherwise connected to them, or tethered or associated with them shall be considered offences to be tried by Imperial Justices at the Sector Level. In the event this is impractical the facility or officer commanding may enforce this law at their discretion.
