I'd also like to request a Weapon R&D facility and an Energy Generation R&D Facility both on separate Uninhabited worlds in the Cronese Mandate. These facilities would be set up to design, build and test various weapons that would be used by the Mandate, CMMI Security forces and possibly the Empire if they purchase them, as well as items from simple and efficient battery packs, to large power generators. The weapons would range from handheld weapons used by troopers, to ship weapons installed on vessels, as well as ground vehicle weapons, while the energy generation would range from small battery packs, to large ship based energy cores. Along with the facilities, I'd like to request that they have a hanger which would house two squadrons (24) of the Sybelle Planetary Defenders to keep the R&D facilities protected. I'd like to also increase the number of CMMI personnel of the Security Branch (Mandate Security Limited) from 250 people, to 500 members, the new 250 being equally split between the two new facilities, as well as double the various armored vehicles and various air speeders used by the Security forces. The doubled VAVs and VASs would be split between the two new facilities.

| With the Mandate having numerous Inhabited and Uninhabited worlds, without names, then I'll just be giving them names.
The Weapons R&D Facility would be located on a world codenamed Epsilon-88B, while the Energy Generation R&D Facility would be located on a world codenamed Epsilon-73A.

| I'm fine with increasing 250 security personnel to 500, although, for uninhabited planets, it seems like 125 of them each could be a bit much. Same with the fighters, too; maybe 12 of them each rather than 24 each. What I'm thinking is 125 would be sensible for a production plant in a populated area, because more security would be needed, but 125 seems like a lot of security for a secluded location that's unlikely to be found. Consider they would need to be fed, and need shore leave, etc. And having that many probably increases the probability one of them might talk about one of these facilities and where it is, etc. Rule of thumb with secrecy (which I'm assuming is the advantage of the secluded locations) is to involve no more people than necessary. It's your call though, of course. I'm okay with the names, also.
I'm good with the fighter stats except for just a few minor details. For the Sybelle-class, I'm reluctant to see an MGLT of 160 because it far exceeds even an A-wing, which has comparably-sized engines but strikes me as a smaller and lighter craft. I'd prefer to see the Sybelle-class down around 100 MGLT. The MGLT ratings on the others are good. For the Sybelle-class, though, I'd also prefer to see the heavy ion cannons and heavy lasers bumped down to medium ion cannons and medium lasers—especially for a ship this fast. Same with the Striker-class, too; from heavy to medium would be preferable.
I think that's about all I have, except that I also see the Siren-class being rather expensive to build and thus to buy. I'll wait to hear back from you before I vote, though.

| Okay, with the increase from 250 to 500 security personnel, and with the concern of 125 each facility being too much, I can drop the count from 125 each facility down to lets say 75. It's a smaller group and would be more fitting for the two locations.
I knocked the Sybelle down from 160 to 100 and the weapons down to mediums, same with the Striker class. I'll also agree to making each facility have 12 instead of 24.
With the Siren-class, I see it as more of a "specialty" so it would be rather expensive to build and buy, so it would be a limited run. If anything, there would only be at any one time up to only four squadrons (48) of the Sirens, which would either be on missions with the 42nd Defense Wing, or stored in other locations and pulled out only when needed for a mission or requested to be used for an operation.
