I write to you with the utmost concern at the manner in which Mr Exar Ray has misrepresented Dantooine to the Imperial Senate and has lied about its history in the most grotesque manner.

I am Trebor Eel, of the Dantooine Eels, a little known family outside of the Riaoballo Sector, but one known for its honesty and loyalty to the Empire. I acted for some years as the Quartermaster General of the 187th Clone Legion and have always served valiantly on Dantooine and across the galaxy on over 6 different campaigns.

Exar Ray, one individual new to Dantooine has recently appeared in the Senate and presented his credentials as "Self Elected" head of an "Imperial Colony" on Dantooine. If I may beg to question his statement that a colony was recently founded on Dantooine, if you observe the attached photo from the lawn of my Estate showing some buildings in excess of 60 years old, demonstrating Dantooine having a history stretching back more than just a few months.

Dantooine has a rich and varied history, stretching back thousands of years, and deserves to be represented as it is, the Sovereign Planet of Dantooine, not the SEICD.

I hope we are able to bring this situation to a mutually agreeable end.
