We will be having a Volusian official, a member of our ruling family, coming in for a visit with myself as well as others and would like to see their arrival given full diplomatic courtesy. Enclosed you will find details of both the ship and our applications for it.

I have forwarded the final documents to your office. They will require the signature of your head of state or an authorized representative (you, I assume).
