This is a final diplomatic notice to yourself.

Unless:
- The Vjunite and Dantooine Citizens you have unjustly held and found guilty in your mockery of a legal system are released immediately.
- The full cargo, vessel and other chattels of all Vjunite Citizens are released immediately.
- Volus apologises formally to the Vjunite Government for the injustices it has suffered in the "secret laws" debacle, and takes full responsibility for the upset it has caused.
- Volus takes a solemn pledge to obey the decisions of the Commerce Council with regard to free trade and forswears ever implementing "secret laws" again.

Vjun will be forced to take action to restore justice and free trade to its people, and to release the people and chattels you have unlawfully imprisoned.

Volus is given one standard hour to show intention to comply with this note.
