A message was sent via a public holo-not node located not far from the planet's main spaceport. It was a text only message, and it was intended to incite some kind of response.

He had been on the run from the Empire on Coruscant after having been chased by an inquisitor, and so he took some precautions to prevent himself from being immediately identified. He wore a hood that was pulled down as far as it could be, and a half mask over his face - it covered his face from the mouth up. His cloak and ensemble was stolen from a homeless person and discarded soon after sending the message.
