As Imperial Governor, there are some services I require of you, none of which ought to prove particularly onerous.

Firstly, I would like you to share with my office the Deralian Income Tax records, so that we are able to find any who have not enlisted in their labour corps positions.

Secondly, I require that your militia takes action to clear the poorer areas of Deralia. I require you to have them screen every individual who appears to be poorly dressed or otherwise to be shirking labour to verify their employment, if they are poor and have been unemployed for any length of time, you are to have them dispatched to the Labour Corps.

Thirdly, a speech in favour of my projects should be given in the next week.
