My employer would like to extend his thanks for the invitation. The rest of the Telosian delegation regretfully cannot make it. However, Senator Fowlkes is on the way back from a business in the Outer Rim. He would like to take Her Majesty's offer, and arrive Garos IV as soon as possible. Discussion of a possible mutual defense treaty between Telos IV and Garos IV greatly interests him. Mr. Fowlkes look forward to meeting with Her Majesty.
