| Dear Ms. Leroy,
I realize that sending this may seem a bit silly, seeing as how you are 100 meters away and staying in my guest house, but I feel that having the offer in writing is important.
Seraphine, I find myself in need of a new aide and adviser for my position as Senator of Chandrila. My most trusted aide, The Honorable Adoven Ryner seems to have dissapeared and I have been almost lost without him. Please consider taking his place. I trust your judgment and values. We think similarly and I believe that is important.
While it will be impossible for me to stop missing Adoven, we are from the same planet after all, I feel that you will be able at least partially to fill that void easily. His shoes will not be easy to fill, but you have the experience and the knowledge and I need someone that I can trust. In the short time I have known you, I feel that you are that person.
Please consider it, Seraphine. I have enclosed a contract including a salary and benefits package. Take your time in deciding, but note that I am returning to Coruscant within the next few days. I would appreciate an answer at least by then.

I profusely apologize for the lateness in which this response reaches you. Sometimes, my employer has me do work for him that leaves my out of communication for long periods of time; my work on Chandrila for him caused one of these moments. While I realize that you have already left for Coruscant some time ago, and in fact are currently within the Cronese Mandate at this very moment, I accept your offer, following consultation with my primary employer.
He feels you are one of those that can continue his message of change, and be persuaded to his side of the argument, not that it would probably take much. I know that times are hard, and stressful. I heard also about Madame Erins, I apologize for not saying so sooner, and give you my condolences; unless I am getting bad information, in which case disregard my previous statement. Please, contact me through the holonet, and notify me of your first assignment.

I am delighted, despite your delay in response, that you have accepted my offer. As you already know, I am attending to business in the Cronese Mandate, meeting with Senator Kuriyoshi and Senator Fowlkes. As of now, I do not have an assignment for you. I would, however, prefer to discuss in person what your duties will entail. Of course, I would like your input on this as well. I should be returning to Imperial Center within the week and we can speak then.
