Subject: Unprofessional Conduct of Fleet Admiral Corvus Attachment: Original Message to Admiral Hines, answered by Admiral Corvus Encryption: Epsilon Gold
Admiral Hines,
I must deeply regret that I must inform you of the unprofessional conduct of Fleet Admiral Corvus. In the above mentioned file you will find that not only did he answer a message directed towards you, he also accused me of being Anti-Imperial for showing concern of the innocents harmed on Alurion due to the actions of those that would try to fight the Empire, he accused me of forgetting my oath to the Imperial Navy, as well as accused me of supporting the Old Republic for calling Coruscant by the name I've been taught since a child, as well as indirectly threatened to beat me upon arriving at his office.
Signed, Captain Anderson of the ISD Endeavor

| Captain Anderson,
Unless requiring my attention specifically, I forward correspondence with regard to orders, assignments, etc. to High Command. It is then determined which of us will respond on the basis of astrography, availability, etc. In the future, please address your dispatches to High Command. With regard to Admiral Corvus, I will dispense at once with the notion he intends to "beat you." I have reviewed the attached correspondence and the Admiral is clearly exhorting you not to be late to his office ("I also sincerely hope that I do not beat you in reaching my office", i.e. to arrive there first. Not physically beat you). Regarding the rest of your accusations, I have known Admiral Corvus to be nothing but capable and professional. I don't know what the cause is of his animosity for you, but Admiral Corvus will not treat you unfairly provided he is treated with respect and his judgment is not challenged by a subordinate distant from him in rank and experience.
I'm sure you will find this is the case. If not, do contact me again and I will look into the matter.
Signed,
Fleet Admiral Gregor Hines Star Destroyer Salient, Amaranth Expeditionary Force, et. al. Permanent Attaché to High Command
