| To His Highness, the Honorable King Deralius XX of Deralia
The galaxy is a dangerous place to say the least in these troubling times. Many people worry about their protection, or their lively hood, I understand that plight. To have to worry what the next day holds, if its good or bad. I come to you with a proposal, a business venture if you will. Its simple in its aspect, the rewards and payment are far greater than what I will ask of you. This is an offer with a small payment attached. In my line of work I can obtain things, valuable things, needed things. Items which could help keep your people safe and their bellies full to face the coming dawn. All I ask in return is a small place to set up operations on Deralia. Some where in which the operations and myself will not be disturbed while I'm on planet to see its set up. In return for this small secluded and hidden place, I'll ship anything you need to the planet under the guise of the regular imports that Deralia brings in.

| These operations of course would be legitimate in their process. While they would bring the normal shipments of what Deralia must import, they would also bring more items that are harder to come by. Such things that would keep your people safe from the dangers of the galaxy. The favors that you believe I would ask for is merely a request that I would be given proper compensation for my services rendered to you, your people and your world. That is what I ask, fair compensation and a facility in which my people may work with out being bothered. Of course I believe in offering gifts, a sample if you would, of what I am capable of getting for you and your people. If there is something you would enjoy, perhaps a special wine that is difficult to import to the Outer Rim, or maybe weapons that would keep your guards ready for any situation, please let me know and I would gladly acquire it as a gift to open our common working partner ship between myself and your world.

| It is saddening that you would turn down such an opportunity. This would have brought prosperity to your world. Prosperity which I might add, that your world would be in deep need of. All though I dont see why you would have such a problem with my operations on Deralia, what with the Moff of the Tammuz Sector being the biggest criminal in the Sector, but I leave that problem to you, and in time when your people revolt against you and the corruption of that Moff, I'll be the one to supply them with that which they use to defend themselves from criminals such as Moff Levi.
