Your Majesty,
It has been my intent, in my reign, to bring Deralia into a more diplomatic stance with several major worlds throughout the galaxy. While we work on becoming a protector and guardian of the Outer Rim, we look towards our core-ward brothers and sisters for friendship. Thus, I ask your permission to build an embassy on your world, in the same fashion as our Volus embassy. Like the Volus compound, we would like for placement in Ariana, along the Locura Ocean coastline. We in turn also offer a plot in Imperial City on Deralia for a embassy of your own. It is not our capital of Mithra, but Mithra code is strict in keeping the ancient architecture as intact as possible, and while certainly my palace, and the main buildings for the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of Deralian government reside in Mithra, Imperial City is the location of the rest of the Deralian government, visited often by those who are kept in Mithra for their work. Before you ask, Imperial City is named after our own Empire which spanned our region of space in ancient times, not the Galactic Empire of today.
This message goes beyond simple embassy establishment, however. I wish to visit Garos IV, personally, and you, my dear. It has been brought to my attention that you face much of the scathing opposition and criticism that I face myself, and I wish to speak with you on these, and other, matters one-to-one. Please respond as soon as possible, so that I may begin preparations.

| Dearest King Deralia,
I am thrilled you have decided to build an embassy on Garos and I welcome it though I would like to discuss with you the design of this building. While the embassy you placed on Volus is beautiful I do not feel that it will fit in with our local architecture. I am sure you understand that dilemma I will be placed in if I allow a structure to go up as it is currently designed along our coast line. I do hope you are willing to revise your plans and I will be more than happy to help you and invite not only yourself but your architects to come visit and tour the area you wish to build it so your embassy will fit in more with the local surroundings.
As I have said, you are more than welcome to come visit Garos and myself. Anytime within the next few weeks would be wonderful while we are gearing up for our festival season.

I am humbled by your enthusiastic and welcoming response. I was afraid that differences between yourself and our Senator, Lord Veritas, would cause this to be a troublesome experience. I am glad that I have made a horrible assumption, and apologize for it. Our Volus design is merely the standard upon which our embassies are designed. If you have concerns, we will indeed work with you to make it a more compliant structure. I will depart right away, as it would be ideal, in my opinion, to make the opening of our embassy a part of your festival season, in which Deralia can forge a deeper partnership with Garos. I learned a long time ago that just because someone does not agree with you, it does not make them wrong or a bad person. Veritas has never been unkind in his disagreements with my politics which I truly appreciate since so many attempt to hit below the belt with in the senate chambers now days.
