Having been impressed with your conduct as King and the excellent way in which your world has proven tractable to reforms aimed at cutting unemployment and aiding growth, I am minded to reassign Governor Ribaldequin Leiro to another world in the Sector where his talents might better be applied to help develop things elsewhere.
I would like to give your own Government the choice of whom to nominate as the new Governor of Deralia, and I will of course defer to your opinion. A letter of reference for Ribaldequin would be highly appreciated as I seek to arrange his placement elsewhere to help his career progress.
I do apologise for any offence which was taken to his appointment (I realize the appointment of such a young official was not popular everywhere), and would like to repeat the thanks the Empire gives Deralia for its consistent Tax payments and development. I think Governor Ribaldequin's tenure has been largely successful in cutting the number of long term unemployed and has helped them back into work with the Labour Corps project.
In future I would like to pursue as conciliatory as possible a policy to Deralia and hope to cooperate on many issues. You will be pleased to know that we have captured an Arms dealer's capital ship in the Sector (believed to belong to the Industrial saboteur, Blackmail artist, Conman and Arms smuggler "A Friend") who has been contacting people of influence in the last few weeks. While it appears the individual himself has not been captured, summary justice has been administered on the crew and interrogation will take place in the next days. We hope this will help reduce smuggling of arms in the Sector and will put an end to any armed rebellious movements who defend on Aliens to import them weapons.
Let hope that one day Deralia may be the Imperial Center of the Outer Rim.

I am pleased to hear of Governor Ribaldequin's transfer to an area his management style can be better suited. He did well here, however, and I feel it has prepared him for his future endeavors. Perhaps, one day, we will see Moff Ribaldequin someday, in his own sector. A letter of reference will be drafted for when the time comes that it is necessary for his transfer out of the Tammuz Sector.
The offense has come and gone, Moff Levi. I do, however, appreciate the offer being made. As such, I ask that Lucius Aurelius be made Governor of Deralia. He is currently serving in the Allied Tion Sector as the Governor of Lianna; while many would perhaps consider our world a downward move, I know that Lucius wants nothing more than to return home and have the personal assurance by Moff Versio that his transfer would be approved. Governor Aurelius would surely continue many of the successful programs that Governor Ribaldequin began.
I am pleased at the capture of "A Friend"'s ship by our always excellent Sector Fleet. I hope your office received my forwarding of solicitation done by this individual earlier this week. I was hoping more information could be garnered from conversation before my refusal, but it became evident that details would not be forthcoming... I'm not sure "A Friend" even knows what exactly to do with himself, I think success is something that eludes him greatly as an individual.
Let us indeed hope that Deralia may be the Imperial Center of the Outer Rim one day, a hope that is a dream for all Deralians, and a dream we strive to achieve.
