Senator Ray I must say that I'm charmed that you would offer to accompany me on this endeavor. I want you to know that my intent is to provide a gentler touch than I imagine Druckenwell is giving the leaders of Monor II, as well as gentler than what Agapos must think he's receiving.
My personal take on the situation is much the same as I stated in the Senate Chamber, Monor II is deficient in its obligations and this must be corrected. I want to avoid any escalation from the current situation to one of open hostility. I trust this is your goal as well.
As far as the planning of this trip goes, the diplomatic vessel afforded to my office would be sufficient I imagine. The space lanes are well patrolled and with the Druckenwell fleet in place at Monor II, I imagine we will be safe enough. Do you agree?
I am also sending a message to Senator Youngblood regarding his son. I felt bad for him; while I agree with Senator Cambrist on the point of nepotism, I see no reason why the Senator's son couldn't come along as an aid or intern of some sort.
Please respond with haste, I hope to leave within the next day or so. And again, thank you for your assistance.

| Senator, make no mistake that while I would love to assist you in this matter, I'm afraid that I must take a backseat until matters here on Dantooine are settled. Instead my brother will no doubt provide you and those you travel with comfort and security. He will show that he is a Ray, with his big mouth and no doubt short temper... but he will get the job done. I trust in his abilities to see everything through. Coordinates have been confirmed, and Xane is already on his way to meet with you.

Do I understand correctly that your brother is arranging his own transport to Monor II, since he is not located on Imperial Center currently?
Also as I said in the Chamber, in light of the reasons brought up by Senator Cambrist I will be unable to include your brother as an official member of my party. I however, have no issue with him traveling to Monor II to offer his services as a diplomat as a representative from Dantooine with an interest in the issue.
I also implore you to contact Senators Terrawin and Fitzgerald about their planned military action against the Druckenwell forces, I fear this will soon lead to outright war if they are not dissuaded from their current course of action.

| Senators will be thick-headed, Lady volFyr. Rest assured that my brother being there will be like having me there. I may be an old man... but I like to think my brother is older then me. Make no mistake that I will do what I can from here should a matter arise. As we speak, Xane is receiving briefs on safety and what his role is as a member of your political team. His shuttle leaves tomorrow for Imperial Center at 0430 in the morning. He will make contact with you once his ship arrives in system and he will then contact you as to where his is to land. His shuttle will be easily spotted as one coming from Dantooine. (Color markings and what not). Again I apologize for this inconvenience upon your mission, but I know that next time I will make it a priority to travel with you.
