I hope this message finds you well, considering the recent developments and blockade of your world Monor II. I send this message today as a result of these actions of Drunkenwell against you and your people. Drunkenwell is there, as they claim, to begin mining of the Cirrifog on your world. I have been informed that this is very problematic for your people as it could cause the death of your young if there is not enough Cirrifog on your world. I come with this request, allow my company, Eos Productions Corporation, to have full mining rights to your world, and I will ensure that we only take enough Cirrifog that is needed, and put in place very strict rules to ensure that there is an optimum level of Cirrifog remaining on your world for your people.

My company always pays its employees a fair price. I believe that it would be better if the people of Monor II worked with my company, this would help by giving your people new jobs. Of course there would be for a time advisers that would help train your people in the working of the machines and oversee the operations to ensure that only enough Cirrifog is taken in a yearly term, and leave optimum levels of Cirrifog left to ensure that safety of the children of your world. As for your request that we see to your religious convictions, the Eos Productions Corporation will respect your beliefs and allow for you to bless the machines, as well as ensure that all operations will be protecting your future.
Upon your decision, I will dispatch ships to Monor II and see to the orderly withdrawl of their ships that currently are blockading your world.

| I will sign up to grant you a monopoly on Cirrifog mining on the basis of the above terms
1. Cirrifog mining will be done in compliance with Monor II religious law.
2. Research will be done on Cirrifog depletion, upon the conclusion of this then appropriate quotas will be set which are sustainable and do not threaten our population. This will be evaluated biquarterly by an Independent group of scientists.
3. You will use your vessels to allow us to decide which vessels may be in our space, this includes the removal of all Druckenwell ships (by force if needed).
4. Fair and competitive prices (decided by independent accountants) will be paid to our Government to pay for the Cirrifog mined. In addition the miners will be competitively paid and well trained, they wil be granted reasonable arrangements with regards to retirement/sickness/workplace injury. This will be negotiated with local miing unions.
5. Strict safety standards will be help as sacrosanct in all facilities.
6. Your companies will help build and sustain a Monor II defence force to guard your facilities and our world.

I can agree to all of those stated above, upon the signing of such a contract, I will inform Drunkenwell that they are to remove their vessels from your space. At that time I will also contact those ships that have already arrived from the Cronese Mandate, Ralltiir and Alasken, and ask if they would remain at Monor II as a temporary security fleet until a time in which Monor II is able to put its own fleet in place. I will send advisers to your court to help you ensure that the fleet is meet to your standards before it is deployed to protect Monor II. To make this transaction run smoother, I will make my way to Monor II and arrive to speak to you in person.

| I will naturally sign so long as all forces which support Druckenwell (Sluis Van for example) are also removed.

There is no need for you to offer your son and his entourage to be a "hostage" to show your good faith. I will however be sending a representative in my place first, due to some family problems on my own side that have come up. As soon as I am free and available I will arrive at Monor II with due haste. Until then, the representative will have, by my permission, the ability to see our agreement through to the end. I can though see to it that your son receives education and is allowed to the see the galaxy. There are a few tutors that I know of that would be willing to take on such a task, and I'm sure that they would have no problem doing so. I can see to it that the proper channels are set up so that they may also arrive with me at Monor II and begin teaching your son as soon as I arrive.
