Subject: Dantooine defenses
Sirs,
I have assessed the defense needs for Dantooine per your orders and at the request of Senator Exar Ray. Senator Ray did not entertain any of my professional suggestions, and instead requests the following:
One (1) ion cannon - to be located in the canyons at the Senator's discretion
Squadron of snubfighters
Pre--fab garrisons dropped at the attached locations (see attached coordinates)
A star destroyer patrol every other day
The Senator made it exceptionally clear that he did not wish a destroyer in orbit at all times, as he was concerned about the potential discouragement of local trading due to constant Imperial presence.
I will keep the Impavid in orbit until further orders are relayed.
