I realize we've had differences in the past, perhaps grave, perhaps not depending on how one views them. However, I'm willing to offer a fresh start of sorts. Your people are dependent upon the cirrifog in your atmosphere, which the Empire wishes to mine. I am in possession of technology and equipment that is capable of replicating a better quality of cirrifog that may threaten in some ways your revenue. I do not want to be seen as holding this above the necks of the people of Monor II. As such, I would like to sell this patented process to you, or perhaps work out a deal where all can benefit. Frankly, Druckenwell is not in the market for mining. We deal in ships and weapons.
I hope we can come to terms.
