It would appear that Senator Oriel has once more introduced a new Capital Vessel Act. While I was not around during the introduction of the first Act, I was able to find, through reading it, that you were in fact against it. I request that you show that same resolve once more for this act. While Senator Oriel has claimed that this new Act would not create any red tape, it is clear for anyone whom reads through it, that it would do nothing more than create red tape and bind the hands of the Empire in the corrupt bureaucracy that so strongly rooted itself in the defunct Old Republic.
I would also be most appreciative if you were to vote for a Repeal Bill that I intend to introduce to the Senate that would repeal both Vessel Acts all together and cut away all of the red tape that Senator Oriel is introducing to the Imperial Senate. I know we have had out differences in the past, yet I believe that we can work together to see that the bureaucracy of the Corrupt Republic is not introduced to our fine Empire.
