| Dear Senator Zarcaine,
I noticed that you have in recent debate expressed several factually incorrect beliefs regarding the Capital Vessels Act II. I feel you may be gravely misunderstanding the act and so are viewing it negatively when it is illogical to do so. For example you have repeatedly said it prevents planets having ships or requires permission for them..
This is not the case in the vast majority of scenarios (Considerable warships such as the Victory and Venator-class are permissible without permission for example).. I wish to know if you genuinely believe the bill does this (it doesn't) or if your words are just chutzpah intended to block the act for other reaso ns?
Please could you explain to me your concerns about the act in a methodical fashion so I might set any worries you have to rest and sooth your hackles.
