In order to satisfactorarily bring our relations to the state which one would expect between neighbours I would like to present the following document (which I have also passed to your envoy) which outlines a new closer relationship between our worlds and allows us to protect ourselves from the likes of Verilia, who has so lately attempted to threaten our freedom and peace by renaging on a contract and attempting a blockade of our world.

Treaty of Friendship and Peace between Monor II and Druckenwell
Peace and friendship between the Monor II and Druckenwell
Mutual most favored nation status with regard to trade.
Mutual protection of all vessels and cargo when in Monor II and Druckenwell jurisdictions.
Ban on military vessels in space possessed by the other.
Mutual right for citizens of one planet to hold land in other's territory.
Mutual right to search a ship of the other's coming out of an enemy port for contraband
Right to due process of law if contraband is found on an allied ship and only after being officially declared contraband may it be seized
Mutual protection of men-of-war and privateers and their crews from harm from the other party and reparations to be paid if this provision is broken.
Restoration of stolen property taken by pirates.
E.P.I.C. is to be listed as a company in breach of the law by its actions in breaking its contract with Monor II, it is to be prohibited from operating its vessels or owning or operating companies in the space of Monor II and Druckenwell.
In order to protect the rest of the Doldur Sector, reasonable and legal measures will be taken to discourage E.P.I.C from operating in the Sector.
Monor II and Druckenwell will lobby other planets in the Sector to take similar action with regards to E.P.I.C as the signatories are taking.
Monor II will purchase the patents for the synthetic production of Cirrifog in exchange for exploitation rights to 5% of the Monor Cirrifog reserve (pending normal rules).
Druckenwell shall continue to produce this synthetic cirrifog and fulfill all its present orders without paying a royalty to Monor II as the patent holder.
The Druckenwell station close to Monor II space shall be brought into orbit of Monor II and be made a joint-venture of Monor II and Druckenwell, with the crew being 50% from each world and private companies being encouraged to operate on the station to help bring Monor II's economy into the modern galaxy.
Right of ships of war and privateers to freely carry ships and goods taken for their enemy
Mutual assistance, relief, and safe harbor to ships, both of War and Merchant, in crisis in the other's territory
Neither side may commission privateers against the other nor allow foreign privateers that are enemies of either side to use their ports
Mutual right to trade with enemy states of the other as long as those goods are not contraband
If the two worlds become enemies six months protection of merchant ships in enemy territory
To prevent quarrels between allies all ships must carry passports and cargo manifests
If two ships meet ships of war and privateers must stay out of turbolaser range but may board the merchant ship to inspect her passports and manifests.
Mutual right to inspection of a ships cargo to only happen once.
Mutual right to have consuls, vice consuls, agents, and commissaries of one nation in the other's ports and capitals.
Monor II and Druckenwell grant a mutual exception from all ports taxes and levies for all vessels of either Monor II or Druckenwell.
