I feel that I must notify the Grand Vizier, or hope that this message find itself to those suited to answer to it, that the world of Monor II and it's ruler known as Agapos, have decided to conduct its own form of treaty signing, with out proper representation in the Senate. I feel that this is a danger, as it would place a known radical world with the power to call upon these worlds that have already signed the treaty, to come to its aid when the Empire acts against these radicals of Monor II. I request that you look into this and help those worlds that have signed the treaty see the error of their ways, and prevent them from being dragged into a rebellion against the Empire in which this treaty will force them into.
