From: General Adenn, Commanding Officer - 13th Legion
Sirs,
I have been forced to remove my second-in-command, Fajra Merav from her duties here on Algarian. Since her abrupt shove in to command while I've been heavily engaged in multiple fronts across the outer-rim, she has demonstrated a complete disregard for conduct as an Officer. And an incompetence that has lead to an unnecessary amount of Imperial casualties.
If it were not for my Company Captains 64-2540 (Feint), 62-3343 (Besiege), 67-6134 (Ne'tra) and most especially 67-8426 (Jai'galaar). This Campaign would currently be unsalvageable.
Clearly the Commander is still under the stresses of the ordeal she suffered through on Corulag, but her neglect and actions cannot go on any longer. So I currently will have her detained until preparations can be arranged for a court-martial.

To: General Adenn 13th Stormtrooper Legion From: Major Henry A. Knight Imperial Army Judge Advocate General's Corps Subject: Commander Fajra Merav
Classification: Unclassified Encryption: Alpha Green
General, Please be aware that High Command has been occupied with developing situations lately, which have prevented a direct message in response to you. Please take this as no slight against you or your men, for the Algarian campaign is one of High Command's highest priorities. I believe someone will be addressing you personally in regards to the campaign within a few days.
I am Major Henry Knight, from the Imperial Army Judge Advocate General's Corps Special Service Division. The Special Service Division was formed to deal specifically with the birth-born Stormtrooper Corps personnel. Another Advocate General from my division may be in contact within a few short days, however I am writing you in regards to my position as the Advocate General assigned to Commander Merav's defense. Criminal Investigation Command may become involved, but for the meantime, please provide me with the list of charges your are recommending against Commander Merav, as well as a briefing on the circumstances surrounding this course of action against the Commander and why each charge is being recommended.
Thank you.
Major Henry A. Knight Imperial Army
Judge Advocate General's Corps Special Service Division

| General, I'd also be interested in a more detailed summary of the charges against Commander Merav, if you would. I also apologize for the delay—I had hoped to arrange a General to represent high Command's interest in this case, who may have a better appreciation of the circumstances of the surface campaign on Algarian. But with all of the Generals attached to Command occupied with other matters, it appears the responsibility falls to Admiral Corvus and to myself, as I have corresponded with Commander Merav recently and have some familiarity with the Corulag incident and her responsibilities on Algarian. While you prepare a summary of the charges, General, I will be contact with Admiral Corvus on this issue and come to a determination about the necessity of a court-martial. We'll take this matter quite seriously, as Commander Merav's alleged conduct is shocking indeed, and will get back to you both shortly.

| CHARGE SHEET - The accused, No. 532622 Commander Fajra Merav, of the 13th Stormtrooper Legion is charged with: -
Conduct unbecoming an officer of the Imperial Military, Command Negligence that has directly resulted in the death and suicide of numerous Imperial Soldiers, and Desertion.
In that she,
Has displayed a complete lack of leadership since she has arrived here on Algarian. While her hand may not have been directly on the trigger, she has negligently conducted her powers as Commanding Officer of this Campaign. The conditions of the Southern Front, outside of Tarensii'a are horrific. While this may be common for the Clones of the 13th, the Commander was also prematurely put in charge of two more Divisions of men that were in place on Algarian. These Birth-Born soldiers need time off the front lines, time away from the chaos. Commander Merav has not provided this. Not one Troop rotation has occurred since her arrival, and it has lead to a string of suicides, and combat exhaustion that almost caused the entire collapse of the Southern Front.
My Captains, 62-3343, and 67-8426 prevented this. With the latter receiving grievous injuries during the battle. They have also reported to me that in the aftermath Commander Merav was nowhere to be found, and supplies had not been procured to help the wounded.
Furthermore I have been made aware that in fact, one of our Special Operations Units, Nexu Squad. Were pulled from their operation plan, and instead were needed to locate our lost Commander. This process took approximately two weeks. From 9:7:10 to 9:7:24.
Clone Commando 80-1313 (Assail) has informed me that upon locating the Commander she was unresponsive, intoxicated on local Algarian Wine and an unidentified Spice. She was also with Private[s] Jonathan Davir, and Matthew Gortoz of the 901st Youth Division. Both of these men were on the Reconnaissance squad that had located the Commander after her ordeal on Corulag. Both Davir and Gortoz are currently being held back East. While Commander Merav is being held here outside of Tarensii'a.
Admiral, and Major, I've also been made aware that the Commander seems to possess some form of Force-attunement. Captain Jai'galaar has stated she projected images of a battle she was not present for to him through the touch of her palm. Outside of combating the Jedi menace, I must confess I am no expert in this area, but find it to be worth noting.
Signed, Adenn General, 13th Legion

| These charges are troubling indeed, General. It's apparent to Admiral Corvus and myself that Commander Merav must be immediately relieved of her responsibilities and sequestered, lest her erratic behavior further compromise the Algarian campaign. See to it a guard is posted to monitor her, as I suspect has been done already. She is to be informed that her presence is required on Procopia. If you can spare a shuttle, do so. If not, inform us and we'll dispatch one to take delivery of her. In the meantime, as Commander Merav has had some distinction in past campaigns I hope you'll agree, for this reason and on account of her species, she deserves a certain amount of discretion in this affair—it also so happens that public knowledge of her conduct could prove detrimental to the Empire's pending recruitment into the Stormtrooper Corps, and for this reason, too, your discretion is required.
On the subject of distinction, it's the opinion of High Command from your report that Company Captains 64-2540, 62-3343, and 67-6134 are indeed worthy of recognition, and 67-8426 is to be recommended for the Distinguished Medal of Imperial Honor, which I'm sure you'll agree is an exceptionally high honor for a mere clone.
