| To the Robeir the Twenty Second, Head of the House of Cron, Ruler of the Cronese Mandate etc.
I am rather concerned that the recent build up of forces within the Cronese Mandate and there have been rumblings within House Santhe that indicate they share these concerns, your neighbor preparing for war is sometimes a concern, especially one so politically embattled with various parties in the Empire.
It is my view that these rumblings among my people would be greatly placated if I might be able to secure guarantees from you just to reassure my people; namely that that the Cronese Mandate will never dispatch it's vessels to Lianna space without the express consent of my office and that all Sienar/Santhe Properties and the Properties of House Santhe will be never subject to aggression from your Sector nor its constituent worlds - thus they are able to operate without worry of political problems between yourself and other customers.
House Santhe informs me that your sector is a valued customer, and would encourage you to consider the replacement of your rather outdated Munificent-class with one of its new Bayonet-class Light Cruisers or several smaller vessels.

Robeir XXII assures you that The Cronese Mandate has no desires to occupy Lianna nor move forces into its space. The vessel and defensive build up are exactly that, defensive. As for the Munificent Class Star Frigate that is used in a primarily defensive role within the Mandate, it is a treasured heirloom captured from the Separatist during the Clone Wars, by Robeir XXI and passed onto Robeir XXII upon his ascension to the Head of the House of Cron.

We are outraged that Robeir XXII did not see it fit to reply in person to my communique which was written directly for him and not for his lackeys. We require him to sign the following declaration, or we will be forced to sign the "RimSec" treaty which you have been so opposed to of late in order to have a guarantor of our continued liberty and freedom in the Empire.

I am sorry that I must inform you that Robeir XXII is very busy right now on a tour of Mandate space to inspect the new defensive stations that protect the Mandate now. I can assure you though that the Mandate will not send any ships to Lianna, nor does the Mandate have any plans to do so unless solely requested by yourself, or your people call for aid. The Mandate also has no plans, nor does it wish any harm or damage to House Santhe or their holdings. I will however keep a copy of this message for Robeir XXII to sign upon his return to Chandaar so that he may contact you and speak with you directly.
