You are of course aware of my statement last month regarding the Deralian Chastisement Act, and putting on hold a number of its provisions for a period of 30 days. I was in contact with the Deralian delegation at this time and conveyed to them the importance of a repeal of the Chastisement Act within that period, for there would be no more holds or delays on, namely, the Act's requirement that Deralia forfeit its gunship to Dantooine. As of noon tomorrow those 30 days will have expired, and the Deralian delegation has made no attempt to repeal the Act or, for that matter, to pay the debt it owes to the Imperial Bank.
The Ruling Council will handle the debt, although we may wish to retain your expertise in this area. But the reason I write to you is to instruct you to enforce the Deralian Chastisement Act as of the end of the grace period tomorrow. Your forces, or any contractors you should employ for this purpose, shall facilitate the transfer of Deralia's gunship to Dantooine. Thank you for your work, Simon, and for your patience with this grace period.
