I caught note of your recent press release to the Senate regarding an assault on loyal, hardworking Imperial forces by traitorous Gungans. You have said, I believe, that you "are now under siege, with no idea when the next attack will come, or where, or why." You have told the Naboo that "you will be protected, my brothers and sisters, with whatever means at my disposal." I would like to offer you some means for your disposal to disperse the Gungan rabble who would take the lives of the brave men and win the day without more loss of Imperial lives.
