I wanted to apologize for us getting off on the wrong foot. I am sure that it is my fault entirely somehow, for not giving you the benefit of the doubt right off the bat. I have some difficulty trusting people, some more than others, but that is hardly an excuse.
I am also sorry to hear about the King, your husbands, illness. I know that it must be very hard for you to care for him and also represent Derailia in the Senate, along with doing your duties as acting monarch. Your plate must be terribly full. I can hardly imagine.
At this time, I am actually on Derailia, visiting with Titus Veritas. He is a dear, dear friend of mine and he is one person that I truly do trust. He advised that perhaps you and I should meet, that maybe we have more in common than I originally thought. Would this be something that would be acceptable to you? I am sure it would be easiest to arrange something while I am here, so that I might also pay my respects to the King and wish him well. Unfortunately, I will not be back on Imperial Center for a while, as I need to stay on Chandrila for a time very soon.
I think every person who is ill deserves visitors and flowers, don't you?
