I write to you in the spirit of friendship and greater good, in the hopes that your world of Monor II will be an accepting member of the GalacticAid project that the Senate voted into being. Druckenwell, a sister world of yours in the Doldur Sector, has agreed to accept a GalacticAid facility as well. To this end, I ask your permission to agree to accept a GalacticAid facility on your world as well.

It is not whether or not Monor II is in need of aid, it is whether or not Monor II is willing to allow a facility to be established on it's world to aid others. That is the entire purpose behind GalacticAid.

| I'm not sure I understand. You gentlemen would like to put a facility on our world to aid other people? How are all these facilities funded? Isn't it a little strange to have two so close to eachother in our sector when there's many sectors without?

| Priest-Prince,
The facility is designed to aid anyone who needs it. Should Monor II require aid, it would be provided. After all, GalacticAid was signed into law by the Senate. The facilities are funded through charity and by my own not-inconsiderable wealth. As well, not all sectors or systems are choosing to have such facilities. The more that exist though, the better the aid that can be provided is.
