I feel it is now the appropriate time for me to step down from my role as dual monarch of Deralia, and simply become the Queen Consort. In doing so, I will no longer hold my regnal name, which I was entered into the Senate with, and will be re-adopting my legal name as my official name. I can not find a reliable source of information on the subject, so I come to you personal. In doing as I said above, will this cause any issue on the matter of my membership in the Senate?

As you were sworn in by your legal name, not your regnal name, this name change should have no bearing on your service in the Senate. I refer you to Section 8,001.1 of the Imperial Code for more information on this if you require it.
