Marriage is a utilitarian institution, Mr. Stark. The notion of marrying "for love" is rather queer to me, but I suppose I'm happy for you. I'm sure you made this decision with the same thoughtful consideration of the possible consequences that has characterized your decision-making in the past. Senator Cambrist,

Granted, there are those within House Malos, as well as Houses Garth and Volmen, who would likely prefer to see me wed to someone of stature, I am no longer a member of any of the ruling Houses and as such, I did not feel subject to their desires. Granted true that there are those who could state I might be better off wedding someone not from Lorrd to the betterment of bloodlines or some such, I do not feel this way. I have never truly been a member of the nobility, at least not in my way of thinking.

Your presence at the wedding will be missed, Senator.
