Ms. Riley,
In truth there was a legal cause, due in part for your fiancee's numbers which did not add up, which as I've told Mr. Stark numerous times, had been checked and rechecked all resulting with the same numbers being misplaced on Mr. Stark's side and of no error made by the ITB. Your assets were frozen as at the time with the numbers not adding up it was assumed that some illegal practice was being made, which gave us the reasonable cause to freeze your assets in link to Mr. Stark's on the possibility that your assets were also involved in the possible illegal actions that might have been happening. At this time however you should note that your assets have been in fact freed up weeks ago. So I would suggest that next time before you go shooting your mouth off to the Empire about how you're not an "ignorant girl whom knows her rights" you should check with your bank before also levying threats to bring legal action against the Empire.
As for your "fiancee's" assets, the ITB has already concluded its investigation into the matter and has come to the conclusion that the numbers were due in fault by an employee of your "fiancee's" that is hired to keep records of the books for his businesses. I would suggest that he find someone in the future whom is more able to handle the task of keeping the records properly to prevent such action as being taken again.
Due in part though to an internal furlough, your husbands assets will remain frozen for up to 48 standard hours at which time the order will be given to unfreeze the assets. If you find that 24 standard hours after the order is given that the assets are not unfrozen then I suggest that you speak to your banking provider as then it will fall unto them to unfreeze the accounts and assets.
signed,
Agent Imperial Taxation Bureau
