With Sluis Van being a well known Shipyard world in the Outer Rim Territories and home to many talented shipbuilders, your world has come to the attention of the Iope University Engineering and Shipbuilding program. It is our hopes that you would allow a branch of the Iope University to open on Sluis Van and to be staffed with Sluissi shipbuilders to teach the next generation of Iopian Shipbuilders.

I will speak with Khedive Thisst about this proposal, but I can practically guarantee that he will allow the opening of your university on Sluis Van for the sake of advancing technology. In return, if it is acceptable, we would like to send a team of Sluissi shipbuilders to Iope so that they might be cross-trained in your ways and thereby better both of our worlds when it comes to improvements.

I see no reason as to why a team of Sluissi shipbuilders wouldnt been welcomed to Iope to take part in the Engineering and Shipbuilding Program on Iope alongside the other 2% of our Universities class to better train your shipbuilders and pass that knowledge onto others of Sluis Van
