Grand Vizier,
As I will be returning to the Senator from my election campaign tomorrow morning, Chairman, I wish to ensure that all is in order before I return. Please, forgive me, if these questions are unnecessary, however I have not been directly elected under the Empire, and my staff was not entirely sure on the matter, so I wished to check in with your office. Since I have been formally elected for the first time, rather than my position as Acting Senator previously, and I am now under a different name, although I believe I was formally entered into the Senate under my birth name, I was wishing to confirm whether or not I must re-apply for my seat in the Senate, and whether or not I must renew my Oath. I hope to receive a quick replay, and look forward to working with you further.
