The Ferocious Tssk wishes to inform you that he purchased a cargo of slaves at a Market in Nal Hutta today and has been shocked to find that a number of those aboard were Argazdan Citizens. The twenty present were visiting an unguarded monument in your Sector (supposedly under the protection of Lorrdians - as they were travelling aboard Lorrdian ships) where a band of Slavers (rumoured to be affiliated with Lorrd) hit them and took them prisoner.
Your Loyal Ally has no wish to hold your own loyal (if somewhat foolish) citizens against their will and has accordingly taken them from chattels and they are presently being housed in comfortable cabins aboard our vessel Headwinds. If you could inform us of the closest planet to Hutt Space with an Argazdan Embassy we will return them there, or if not we will provide them with passage aboard civilian vessels home if you wish it.
Frankly, it's hardly surprising considering the duplicity for which they are famed that the Lorrdians are engaging in what they see as "retribution" terror attacks upon your world such as enslaving innocent Argazdans in an attempt to "right the wrongs" of the past. We also have several dozen other Imperial Citizens in our custody from the Slave Lot who are of such a background (Core World Citizens or Citizens of other influential worlds) as to make our holding them in captivity undesirable - as such we would request that we are able to turn them over to the protection of your embassy too.

Your aid, as well as that of War Chief Tssk, is greatly appreciated and will not go unrewarded. Inform the War Chief that we will be sending him a tribute in the form of resources; feel free to take whatever cut you deserve or that you and the War Chief can come to an agreement upon. Naturally, I will be informing Argazdan citizens to be wary of which vessels they choose to travel upon.
This rash of Lorrdian attacks is rather perturbing; I am intending to contact the sector Moff with an inquiry, especially in regards to an assault upon Argazda itself in a most underhanded means.
If it is not too much of an issue, would you be willing to see that those rescued are returned to Argazda? I believe they would feel safer being returned directly to their homes, and naturally, Argazda will assume the cost of returning any other citizens to their respective worlds.
