The Chief of Trandosha, Tssk bids you ambient temperature and fraternal greetings as Members of the Galactic Empire and would like to offer your world the following treaty terms so that it might increase the friendship between our peoples, and also help protect the peoples of both worlds by the mutual assistance of eachother's governments for the other's civilians.

The Treaty of Amity between Trandosha and the Undersigned Members of the Empire
1.0 Tssk, War Chief of the Trandoshan people invites all members of the most Esteemed Galactic Empire to sign this treaty of friendship and amity.
1.1. Tssk, his legitimate heirs and successors are recognized as War Chief of the Trandoshan people.
1.2. The Trandoshan People and their Government in the form of Tssk is recognized as the lawful Planetary Sovereign of Trandosha (Hsskor, Dosha), it's moons Akoshissss and Wasskah, furthermore that they are the sovereign of Taakarroo, Kallalarra, Shurr and Kuhurrik (and all of their moons) Potentate of the Alaris Expanse, Alaris, it's moons, and Alaris Prime in particular, and Lord Protector of the Gryyyl asteroid belt and all portions of the Kashyyyk System not compromising the Planet Kashyyyk.
1.3 Tssk, War Chief of the Trandoshans promises perpetual Peace and friendship between the Trandoshan people and the signatories as they promise it with him.
1.4 Tssk, War Chief of the Trandoshans extends his protection over the signatories vessels in their space, as they do over his.
1.5 Trandoshan Citizens and signatory citizens shall have the mutual right to own any property legal under Imperial Law on the worlds of either party.
1.6 There will be a mutual right to purchase and hold land in eachother's territory.
1.7 Trandoshan Citizens and Governmental vessels will not be seized, searched or interdicted by the signatories, in exchange the same right will be accorded respecting their vessels unless in the event they are leaving the port of an enemy in time of war when they may be searched once for contraband items.
1.8 Citizens of signatories and Trandoshan citizens will have the right to due process and access to signatory courts in the event a property dispute or question of unlawful search or seizure of property.
1.9 Military vessels of either may conduct visits in the spirit of amity to the other and may request berthing and refuelling at the ports of each party (signatory and Trandosha), Military vessels may not have weapons powered without the authorization of the party they are visiting.
2.1 Should either party discover citizens of the Other in distress, they will render what aid they feel they can in order to secure the liberty and wellbeing of those citizens. Property recaptured from pirates or third parties by the signatory or Trandosha will be returned to their original owners if it was originally owned by either of the parties signing this treaty.
2.2 In the event of a conflict, vessels of either party are entitled to the protection of eachothers ports if they are civilian or in an emergency (such as a direct pursuit) in the case of Military ships. As this is an essentially humanitarian action, it should not be considered an act of war or commitment to allied actions.
2.3 Neither side may commission privateers against the other nor allow foreign privateers that are enemies of either side to use their ports.
2.4 Each party has the right to trade with Enemy states so long as those goods are not directly applicable assets for their war effort.
2.5 In the event this treaty is declared null by either party or signatures withdrawn, or war occurs between the signatory and Trandosha then the civilian vessels will enjoy three months protection from both parties the date the dissolution is communicated between the parties.
2.6 The civilians of either side shall carry identification while visiting the ports of the other, in addition all ships shall have a properly written cargo manifest when entering the port of the other.
2.7 Each has Mutual right to have consuls, vice consuls, agents, and commissaries of one nation in the other's ports.
2.8 Trandosha's Starports declares themselves to be a free ports to all signatories of this agreement and signatories are requested to provide free port status to at least one port with regard to Trandoshan trade.
2.9 The signatory undertakes to make Trandosha aware in advance (at least 12 hours) of any military movements within the Mytaranor sector.
3.0 The signatory undertakes firmly to vote in favour of Trandosha being granted the Senatorial seat for the Kashyyyk System should the question ever arise.
