I've heard that your legislature for expansion is not doing so well in the Senate. If it pleases you, would you act as a go-between for myself and the people you've spoken with at the Ministry of Science? I am willing to build such a vessel, with the help of their funding, that will be more than capable of extreme long-range discovery missions while also housing a great number of useful facilities, as well as offering its own defense. Naturally, they are free to contribute scientists to the project, but I would like to see the personnel largely of Lorrdian decent, if at all possible, and I know a number of researchers who would be invaluable in such a venture.

While I cannot guarantee that such an option would be welcome with the Ministry of Science, I shall place your offer before them. I can only assume they will wish at a minimum that the same offer set forth in the Senate is kept by yourself. Nonetheless, I shall pass your words on.
