I've been wondering, since we have a little surplus in the taxation fund barrel, why not help modernize main-street Garang?
I was thinking we could tear down the old empty stores down by DuCane's World of Snails and build a nice new civic center everyone can be proud of.

If there's still money left, I'd like to have the Militia HQ revamped to appear as follows

My other proposal is that we buy a small battleship of some sort for the system.

| Eel,
There is money to ravamp the Militia HQ as well as put Garang on the map. As far as the battleship is concerned, I'm afraid that we cannot afford such a asset without taking heavy loses both from our budget as well as the amount of manpower needed to control a ship.
