Quite some time back, we spoke about setting up a GalacticAid facility on Dantooine. With your permission, I'd like to begin breaking ground on that this month to see that the facility is properly erected before staffing can begin.

My friend, I have indeed received the applications and they are being reviewed both by the board of directors of GalacticAid and processed through the proper Imperial channels. However, the facility itself still needs to be built. I ask your permission for such within this month to begin construction.

| Just a question to Mr Stark here, if I may Administrator.
GalacticAid facilities (so I am told) are militarily defended are they not? And maintain an armed security force?
I must say I am mighty uncomfortable with the idea of armed offworlders sittin' inside a fancy fort, charitable or no.
Thus I'd like to know the details of what you're going to build, and offer the forces of the Khoonda Militia to garrison your facility, giving it an added level of protection paired with local expertise.
However, I must say that I am not prepared to endorse the placement of a walled, defended, compound on Dantooine soil unless it is under the Aegis of the natives and not strangers. Frankly, I think if you go any other way, even if the Administrator over-rules my objections; you'll only find your facility being subjected to vandalism from youths who don't know any better than to fear outlanders.
I apologize if I may seem over-cautious, but we're a people who not fifteen years ago suffered to fight invaders in their millions off our soil, and are loathed to see others occupying it (for that is how anything but local guards would be seen by the population hereabouts).

GalacticAid facility are nonmilitary facilities. Any internal defenses are taken care of by nonlethal methods provided by the HC-001 HoverCam drones produced by Vigilance Technologies. My aim is make sure that GalacticAid is specifically kept as a neutral party so as to be able to be utilized to assist any party in any war zone, conflict or natural disaster. As such, with no 'armed' off-worlders on Dantooine soil, there should be no issues arising, General.

| The issue with that, General, is that while the components of the facility remain the same no matter where it is built, the layout itself can change drastically depending upon space requirements.
